ESG and Governance Team

The Investment Manager, Chelverton Asset Management Limited (“Chelverton”) integrates consideration of material ESG issues into the investment process at the qualitative screening stage. Once a company enters the portfolio, Chelverton will engage with the management team to understand ESG management priorities, request transparency in relation to ESG metrics and targets, and offer support in the development of ESG management capabilities where appropriate. Chelverton is a signatory to the UN Principles of Responsible Investment and active engagement and voting form a central part of the investment approach. A dedicated Responsible Investing Manager and a Corporate Governance Manager work alongside the Investment Team, offering ESG research insight and engagement and voting support where appropriate.
