Objectives
The objective of the Trust is to outperform the UK equity market by investing in companies with higher-than-average earnings growth that listed outside on either of the Main Market, the AQSE or traded on AIM (but excluding companies that are, at the time of investment by the Trust, constituents of the FTSE100 Index), to capture the smaller companies’ outperformance effect and to provide Shareholders with long-term capital growth. The Company intends to achieve long-term capital growth by investing primarily in equities of UK Small and Mid-Cap Companies, principally in companies with a market capitalisation at the time of investment of less than £250 million.
