Remuneration Committee
The Company has established a Remuneration Committee, which will be chaired by [●] and consists of all the Directors. The Remuneration Committee will meet at least once a year.
The Remuneration Committee is responsible for determining the framework for the remuneration of the Board and each Director’s remuneration (although no individual Director shall be involved in any decisions as to their own remuneration). In determining the Company’s remuneration policy, the Remuneration Committee shall take into account all relevant factors including, without limitation, legal and regulatory requirements, the provisions and recommendations of the AIC Code and associated guidance.
